Unicard Campus

Unicard Campus is an integrated management system designed to support higher education institutions in the routines of educational communities, promoting comfort, well-being and the security of goods and people.

The streamlining of processes and easy access to valuable information promotes an increasing service efficiency, resource optimization and responsiveness.

Unicard Campus is a web based solution that combines contactless identification of users (biometry, RFID, AD), to grant or deny access to campus specific areas and facilities and enable cashless micropayments of goods and services within the campus.



ACCESS
Access control and attendance registration: user, local, schedule. Access to entrance doors, turnstiles and parking gates control.



SALES
Acquisition of goods and services provided by the university, top up account, orders, suppliers and inventory management.



MEALS
Schedule, pay and/or cancel meals with on-the-spot sales in canteens, restaurants, takeaways and snack-bars. Effective control of consumption.



STATISTICS
Characteristics, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) & Metrics. Central management. Intuitive and easy to customize: KPI dashboard, reporting and output files. Alerts via SMS/Email.

PRINTING AND COPYING
Print and copy documents, deducting the cost from the user’s account.
VENDING MACHINES
Product purchase, deducting the cost from user’s account. Consumption and stock management.

KIOSK
Top up user account (notes, coins and bank card). Purchase of products. Consult user information and perform various operations.
TURNSTILES
Automatic control of physical barriers to control access to specific locations.

ATTENDANCE
Registration in classrooms through biometric validation or RFID cards.
PARKING
Provides access control to parking areas with access barriers that can be opened with the user RFID identification credential.

LAUNDRIES MANAGEMENT
Control and payment solution for the use of washing machines and driers, using the same credential that allows access to the institution.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Book and lease institutional facilities, such as gyms or pools.

SMART LOCKERS
Manage lockers using intelligent identification IDs.
SMART SHOWERS
The system controls the usage of water. The user can configure the shower duration and extra costs can be applied.



WEB PORTAL and MOBILE
Online access to account transactions and details, input and output access records, canteen menu, meals reservation and payments, top up the account, detailed reporting, inventory control and information in real-time. Mobile application, with all the portal main features, available for iOS and Android.


ATM
Top up the account from the ATM network or through home banking.
